As a Lead Clinique Beauty Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service within the luxury brand. To excel in this role, outstanding product knowledge, extensive beauty care expertise, and strong commitment to achieving all retail sales targets are essential.

You will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience which educates, inspires, and delights them. With your passion for people, products, and services, you will lead by example and foster a culture of excellence within our team.

We offer excellent training and development opportunities and a competitive remuneration package including an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, gain extensive beauty care expertise, and develop your leadership skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years retail experience preferably within the beauty industry
  • Extensive beauty care expertise, ideally as an esthetician or makeup artist
  • Service expertise in a luxury environment with ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and during special events
  • Language proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
