About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Integration to lead our Middleware and SAP Integration platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our integration platforms, building and operating integrations, and leading a team of integration experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Brenntag's Middleware and SAP Integration platforms (SAP BTP, CPI) and their inter connectivity to the SAP systems
  • Build and operate integrations in Brenntag North star Enterprise architecture
  • Build and manage a team of integration experts, system engineers, and production support
  • Support large-scale programs, such as Salesforce and TMS roll-out
  • Partner with peers and other product teams for functional and technical requirements and product roadmaps
  • Build and prioritize the Middleware and Integration backlog and leverage waterfall and agile disciplines
  • Manage project status updates and change communication
  • Manage Middleware and Integration platform KPIs

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with minimum 5 years in a management position
  • Proven experience in delivering successful programs, with a strong sense of ownership and passion for defining and driving improvement and development programs
  • Strategic thinker with customer focus, able to translate business requirements into technology solutions
  • Clear thinker who can piece together integration architecture roadmaps and mitigate risks and resourcing needs
  • Proven success leading and delivering digital transformation programs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in managing external service providers (projects & operations), with strong governance skills and cross-culture awareness
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, in both written and verbal
