Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Designer to join our team at ICT Group. As a Technical Lead Designer, you will play a key role in leading multidisciplinary project teams and working on challenging projects in the high tech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to complex problems.
  • Manage and coordinate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a software-related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the high tech industry.
  • Experience with C, Python, and/or C++ programming languages.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and test processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
