Financial Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrative Assistant to carry out various financial tasks. This includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial data, and collaborating with colleagues to optimize financial processes. The position requires 32 hours of work per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on outstanding sales invoices and managing debtors;
  • Handling customer communication and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters;
  • Processing sales invoices and bank transactions;
  • Maintaining general ledger accounts and sub-administrations;
  • Preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports;
  • Assisting with monthly and year-end closures;
  • Performing financial audits and analysis.

Requirements

  • MBO level 4/HBO degree in business administration, financial administration, or a similar field;
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
  • Good communication skills, being sociable but also confident and able to respond to ad hoc situations;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing;
  • Knowledge of Excel, Exact Globe, and NetSuite is an advantage.
