Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Data Insights with a minimum of 7 years in the medical communications or commercial healthcare industry. This role will report directly to the head of digital and will be integral to the Adelphi in Healthcare Insights Leadership team. You will spearhead the formulation of data and insights strategies in collaboration with our accounts and business development teams, while effectively utilizing various internal and external insights platforms to enhance our medical communications delivery.

The Insights Leadership team at Adelphi in Healthcare is a rapidly expanding, globally distributed group dedicated to supporting agencies across the UK and the Netherlands, catering to a diverse international clientele. Our mission is to deliver exceptional digital and creative solutions that reinforce Adelphi's standing as a premier agency network in medical communications, ensuring that science is paired with insightful delivery that resonates.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of engagement insights within the medical communications sector.
- Foster collaborative processes and relationships to address the evolving needs of our agency clients.
- Guide the definition and application of market and audience insights, including journey mapping, content strategy, omnichannel planning, and performance measurement for medical communications and strategic publications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop data visualization dashboards.
- Provide training, knowledge sharing, and educational resources to internal teams across Adelphi in Healthcare.
- Manage personal workflow within agency project teams, ensuring a balanced delivery of projects utilizing both internal and external resources.
- This is a full-time remote position, with occasional travel required.
Proficient understanding of digital delivery channels and media is essential.
Experience in a creative digital environment and in executing omnichannel communication strategies is required. A proven track record of successfully managing client projects with meticulous attention to detail is necessary.
The ideal candidate will be innovative and confident in their ideas, with the ability to articulate their approach to agency teams.
You should be proactive, self-driven, and well-organized, with a passion for making digital projects a key contributor to the agency's success. Flexibility and eagerness to embrace new projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts are crucial.
