Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Model Management Specialist to join our Risk Data and Analytics department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our regulatory models.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into model landscape and provide advice on design or selection, implementation, oversight, and performance of models
- Maintain quality of IRB credit risk (CR) models and related processes, procedures, and systems
- Participate in quality assurance assessments of model (re)developments or model monitoring projects
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in credit risk management, policy, and framework development or regulatory reporting
- Exceptional understanding of regulatory requirements regarding capital requirements for credit risk - internal ratings based approach (IRB) and standardized approach (SA)
- Ability to perform impact assessments of changes in capital requirements – risk weighted assets (RWA) – in SAS or Excel
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
