Our ideal candidate will have a winning mindset and a curiosity and passion for Digital. This role will be based in Amsterdam, reports to the E-Commerce Director for Europe, and will have responsibility for building and developing a diverse and high performing team of 6 people. The remit will span across Europe so the candidate will need strong networking and communication skills to manage a complex multi-functional and geographic stakeholder network. The role will work closely with the E-Commerce Director, VP of Brand.Com, Performance Marketing and Digital Commerce Leads, as well as Brand, Tech and Marketing teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success across various geographies and business disciplines. They will be comfortable presenting and influencing at all levels of an organization and have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization. We require someone with a strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking who can deliver against Commercial & Digital KPIs while stepping up performance management capabilities to scrutinise and leverage data.
In return, we offer a highly competitive salary of €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including a comprehensive health insurance package, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team to success. They will also have a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive business results. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the technology or e-commerce industry, is essential. Strong relationship building, stakeholder management and influencing across complex stakeholder matrices is also required.
