Job Description

This exciting internship opportunity offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while working in a dynamic learning environment. You will collaborate with our Senior Web Manager to enhance the web experience and contribute to our Email Marketing program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting technology solutions key to web and email, including ratings & reviews, commerce, and personalization.
  • In collaboration with our digital group, blending analytics, user behavior, and UX best practices to develop strategies that deliver outstanding digital end-user experiences throughout the conversion funnel.
  • Supporting key web and email metrics to meet business objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in marketing or a related field, ideally in a bachelor's program.
  • Comfort with digital analytics and metric skills, with Google Analytics being preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to create plans, manage multiple projects, and work to deadlines with changing and competing priorities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Benefits

We offer:

  • A diverse full-time internship in a challenging international work environment.
  • An internship allowance of up to €550 per month.
  • An extra monthly allowance of €450 for accommodation, if required.
  • 12 holiday days, plus national holidays and company closings (1 week with Christmas).
Location and Duration

This internship is based in Breda, a charming city in the province of North Brabant, approximately 1 hour from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Antwerp. The duration of the internship is approximately 1 year.

Your salary is estimated to be around €25,000-€30,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
