Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Synergie. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, primarily in the automotive and agricultural sectors. You will work closely with various departments within the company and have direct contact with clients. You must be communicative and able to think solution-oriented, so you can work with colleagues and clients to achieve optimizations.
Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include guiding new products through initial, process, and final controls, continuously improving business processes, performing and analyzing process and product controls, registering both internal and external quality complaints, and taking action to prevent recurrence. In the event of a defect, you will work with the client to determine the recovery method.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a HBO degree in mechanical engineering or technical business administration. You will also need strong analytical skills, affinity with surface treatment/chemical process technology, experience with reading technical drawings, knowledge of standards, particularly in the automotive sector, knowledge of statistical techniques, a proactive and practical approach, and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with knowledge of German being an asset.
