Job Vacancy: Event Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Event Manager to join our team at Optisport. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various events at our leisure centres, swimming pools, and sports facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, marketing, and budgeting
  • Work closely with our team to ensure smooth event execution
  • Develop and implement event concepts and themes
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial sustainability
  • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality events
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
