Job Summary

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Product Project Manager to join its Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain introduction and industrialization of new products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain introduction of new products from technical feasibility to ramp and release-for-volume
• Plan and mobilize resources of the PLM project team to fulfill plans
• Manage supply chain requirements and deliverables through key decision gates of ASML's Product Generation Process
• Manage material availability balanced against customer service levels, inventory, quality, costs, and risks
• Drive the Industrialization KPI's; roadmap on Cost of Goods, supply chain Cycle Time, supply chain Move rate capability, and Supply chain quality performance

Requirements

• MSc degree in (industrial) engineering or supply chain
• 8-year work experience in a large organization, with 2-5 years' experience in managing new product introductions preferably in high-tech, low-volume environments
• Experience in planning and logistic processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment
• Experience as a project lead in a high-tech, low-volume environment (e.g., Supply Chain Engineering, Production Engineering)
• Experience in driving continuous improvement of processes
