Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Exterior Facade Specialist to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. in the Utrecht area.

About the Role

This is a challenging and varied position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary

An appropriate salary based on your experience and education, with a minimum of €45,000 per year, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repairing damages to windows, doors, frames, and facade systems, including glass or rubber replacement, leak repairs, lock replacements, and overseeing crane operations for glass or panel installations.
  • Independently liaising with clients, offering advice on potential solutions, and maintaining the quality and efficiency of work.
  • Upholding the company's reputation by delivering exceptional service and being a professional ambassador in all interactions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an MBO level of education.
  • Ideally, prior knowledge of building facades, windows, doors, and frames. If not, you're motivated to learn and we're eager to teach you the ropes.
  • Strong communication skills, independence, and the ability to remain courteous and professional, even during busy periods.
  • A valid driver's license and preferably a VCA diploma (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Residency in the Utrecht area.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch or English in verbal communication.
