We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Project Manager Business Analyst die zich kan vinden in een dynamische en innovatieve omgeving. Als Project Manager Business Analyst zal je rapporteren aan de projectmanager/product owner en zal je een belangrijke rol spelen in het vervangen van het huidige en verouderde Open CourseWare platform en het realiseren van een nieuw platform voor het opslaan en delen van (open) onderwijsmaterialen/cursussen.
Functie eisen
- WO werk- en denkniveau met minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van business-analist, dan wel projectmanagementvaardigheden.
- Ervaring met requirement elicitatie en het faciliteren van prioriteitstelling.
- Voldoende IT-inzicht, met sterke kennis van content management/repositories, learning management systemen en websites.
- Ervaring met het werken met ICT-ers en leveranciers bij het uitvoeren van fit-gap analysis en het bepalen van impact hiervoor/hierover adviseren.
- Communicatief sterk, oog voor belangen en proactief in het identificeren, leggen en onderhouden van contacten met relevante betrokkenen en verzamelen/toetsen van informatie.
- Organiseren en faciliteren van sessies en workshops.
- Plannen en coördineren van werkzaamheden in een projectteam.
- Effectief samenwerken met een projectmanager/product owner en project board.
- Ervaring met het werken met architecten/architectuurprincipes.
- Pré: Een BCS, CBAP, IIBA of IREB certificatie.
