In our high-performing campus location in Beringe, we have five sites dedicated to serving customers in the Technology sector. As a Logistics Team Manager, you will be part of one of these sites, catering to multiple esteemed clients, including Philips and another prominent customer.

  • As a Logistics Team Manager, you will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from € 2,600 to € 3,400 per month, depending on your knowledge and experience, with potential growth up to € 4,350.59 gross per month.
  • You will work in two shifts: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM. A 130% allowance applies after 6:00 PM.
  • Pension plan, travel cost reimbursement, and 25 vacation days are also included.
  • Laptop and telephone provided by the company.
  • Cao à la carte: a personal budget that you can use as desired, converting it into vacation days (up to 6) or receiving it monthly on top of your salary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Cooperating Foreman, or Forewoman.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and another language.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stress effectively.
  • Effective team management and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Warehouse Management Systems.

About Your Role:

As a Logistics Team Manager, you will take your team to new heights by coaching and mentoring your colleagues, analyzing performance, optimizing processes, and responding to customer inquiries. You will directly supervise up to 20/25 Warehouse Operators in the Inbound or Picking & Shipping department, enabling them to work more efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain insight into process performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Monitor colleague performance and ensure they receive necessary training.
  • Create reports using the warehouse management system and obtain results.
  • E nsure a safe working environment.
  • Discuss improvement proposals with the Operations Manager and Shift Manager, keeping fellow Team Leaders informed.
  • Organize your team, conducting coaching sessions, assessments, and interviews, as well as managing staffing and scheduling training hours.

Based on industry standards and the job requirements, the estimated salary for this position is between € 2,600 and € 3,400 per month, with potential growth up to € 4,350.59 gross per month.
