PVH is a global leader in the fashion industry, and we're looking for a talented Senior Technical Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our technical development team, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing seasonal collections for our iconic brands, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of pattern designers and technical developers to achieve seasonal design vision across product categories and collections.
  • Liaise with department and divisional leads to advise on best practices, fit, and quality.
  • Guide and support team members with time management planning to ensure divisional calendar deadlines are met.
  • Oversee fit and workmanship quality of all products within your scope, working closely with offshore teams and vendors.
  • Drive technical team development and contribute to the enhancement of SOPs.
  • Participate in divisional projects under the technical development pillar as needed.
  • Lead divisional fit and block review presentations.
  • Take regular factory visits to oversee and support the development process.
  • Work closely with offshore team managers to ensure efficiencies and product ownership.
  • Support the onboarding of new vendors to ensure fit and quality standards are met.
  • Manage team members' personal development and performance plans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in technical development of apparel with a pattern making background.
  • Experience with both woven and knit products.
  • Leadership experience and a strong interest in team development.
  • Excellent organization and management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong technical and manufacturing knowledge across all product categories.
  • Gerber experience is a plus.
  • Keen eye for detail, fit, and quality, with a willingness to share knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, results-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to travel at least 4-6 times a year.
  • Business English fluency (written and verbal).
