We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Specialist - Manning & Automation to join our Naval & Technology group. This pivotal role will drive advancements in ship automation, support smaller crew sizes, and enhance situational awareness for naval operations.

This position requires coordination and execution of research and technology development projects related to automation, digital twinning, system integration, and decision support systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a team of technology specialists throughout the research, design, proposal, and engineering phases of shipbuilding projects.
  • Provide expert advice in automation and systems engineering to ensure the technical performance of our Smart Ships.
  • Conduct and support verification and validation tests and trials during production support and warranty periods.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant technical field with at least five years of experience. Deep and broad theoretical knowledge of specialist subjects for naval vessels or offshore installations is required.

A competitive salary, 8% holiday pay, and additional benefits are offered. Estimated monthly salary: €65,000-€80,000. Travel allowance, PME-pension arrangement, and profit sharing based on company results are also included.
