PEGA Senior System Architect
As a PEGA Senior System Architect, you will take the lead in addressing intricate IT challenges related to financial customer and service workflows. Your expertise will play a vital role in fostering a socially responsible banking environment where clients can confidently entrust their finances.
You will serve as a seasoned advisor to the business, adept at discerning the underlying needs behind requests. Your ability to translate these requirements into our IT frameworks is crucial. Staying abreast of significant trends within and beyond the financial services sector, you will articulate your insights clearly and systematically to your colleagues.
In terms of execution, you will guide teams in accurately interpreting project goals, directing (implementation) strategies that will manifest in various epics and user stories. Additionally, you will be the go-to resource for your peers regarding architectural matters, assisting them in effectively applying existing frameworks.
Your Skills and Qualifications
You thrive on conceptualizing tangible enhancements. With strong analytical capabilities, you can seamlessly transform your ideas into actionable plans. Your communication skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in IT or Business Informatics.
Over 8 years of relevant experience and a certified PEGA Senior System Architect.
A proven history of successfully resolving issues and translating them into actionable implementations using solution intentions or project initiation architecture.
Demonstrable knowledge of PEGA architecture.
Familiarity with customer and payment processes within a financial institution.
Experience with DevOps setups and Java is advantageous.
What We Provide
The compensation for this role ranges from €65,000 to €87,000 gross annual fixed income (including a 13th month and 8% holiday allowance) based on a 40-hour work week. Furthermore, de Volksbank offers a range of appealing and flexible benefits:
