As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the creation and management of certification documentation related to AECD, AES, and OBD. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our documentation meets all necessary compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive certification documentation for emissions and OBD systems.
- Work closely with technical specialists to establish the necessary content for emissions-related documentation.
- Draft and review documentation, manage revisions, and facilitate the approval workflow.
- Identify AECDs by analyzing the technical execution of emission control technologies.
- Provide guidance to development teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Create and update engine testing standards pertinent to emission evaluations.
- Enhance documentation processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with heavy-duty diesel engines, aftertreatment systems, calibration, and/or On-Board Diagnostics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess advanced English language skills.
- Familiarity with DITA and other documentation tools.
- Excellent organizational abilities and strong teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at collaborating with diverse teams.
The successful candidate will enjoy a dynamic and varied role within a cutting-edge professional environment. After a successful period of secondment, there is potential for a direct contract with our client.
