Job Title: Senior Project Officer/Project Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Project Officer/Project Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting admissions-related outreach and engagement activities, including in-person and virtual outreach and engagement events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Faculty's Student Ambassador Programme
  • Assist in the production of publicity and communication materials
  • Exercise flexibility to perform other duties as assigned in support of the Faculty's mission, core values, and goals

The appointee will be expected to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Requirements:
  • Good university degree with at least 1 year's work experience in the education sector
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
