Overview

ASML, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Global Construction Projects Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale construction projects globally, with a focus on complex and business-critical initiatives.

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage high-profile projects across multiple regions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, combined with experience in international high-tech production environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Direct and manage global construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor local project managers and specialized teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including regional project managers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with complex projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Installations Engineering, Maintenance, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of work experience in senior operational leadership, project management, or program management roles, with at least 6 years in similar positions.
  • Skills: Proven track record in managing complex projects, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in fast-paced international networks.

Additional Information

  • Salary: Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for project-related activities.
  • Work Experience: 10-15 years.
