We are seeking a highly skilled Climate, Environment, and Data Analyst to join our team at Corbion. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in implementing our ambitious sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze environmental data to monitor Corbion's carbon footprint and other sustainability metrics, ensuring accurate reporting in line with the GHG Protocol and CSRD.
- Develop and maintain GHG models to forecast Corbion's future climate emissions, leveraging data engineering expertise.
- Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies on Corbion products, providing sustainability support to various business units and functions.
- A university degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Chemical Engineering, Finance/Economics/Business & Management, or Data Engineering.
- Experience working in the field of sustainability, with a strong understanding of data systems, data modelling techniques, and sustainability metrics.
- Familiarity with corporate reporting standards (e.g. GHG protocol, GRI, CSRD) and LCA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English.
