Overview

As a leading yacht service provider, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our international team. This challenging role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and project management.

Scope of Work

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all installation activities for projects in the field of low and medium voltage electricity distribution, smart grids, and energy automation systems. This includes coordinating contractors before and during execution of work, assessing risks and opportunities at the construction site, and monitoring compliance to standards, regulations, laws, quality, and EHS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures for all site operations assigned.
  • Oversee completion of site administration according to performance standards agreed (on schedule, at requisite quality level, on-budget).
  • Represent the site in all decision-making committees of the project (towards own management, customer, and team).
  • Coordinate contractors before and during execution of work.
  • Assess risks/opportunities at the construction site (e.g., economic, organizational, or contractual risks, acceptance criteria, change request procedures).
  • Monitor compliance to standards, regulations, laws, quality, and EHS guidelines.
  • Lead qualified employees in one functional team.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • MBO/HBO qualification in electrical engineering/technical qualification or a vocational education in electrical engineering with a lot of experience (5 years and more).
  • An impressive record of professional experience with electrical equipment.
  • Ideal intercultural experience.
  • Possibility to work on projects abroad for a longer time (3 weeks on-site, 1 week home).
  • Business-fluent language skills in English (Dutch language would be great).
  • A valid driver's license and EU passport.
Estimated Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
