Electrical Maintenance Specialist

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist at Yacht, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our process technology systems. Your primary responsibility will be to prevent and resolve malfunctions, perform repairs, and overhaul sensors and actuators, process control systems, power distributors, and electric motors. You will achieve this through preventive and predictive planning and notifications, guaranteeing minimal downtime of electrical installations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will ensure that assigned tasks are executed correctly, reported back properly, and processed in the maintenance system.
- You will participate in on-call duty, demonstrating your ability to respond to critical situations.
- You will drive continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to optimize our processes.
- You will take ownership of the installations you work on, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards.
- You will make independent decisions regarding repairs and troubleshooting within the plant, relying on your expertise and judgment.
Your Ideal Background
- You have completed a technical education in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation.
- You have experience in the process industry, petrochemicals, or other industrial environments.
- Experience in maintenance within the process industry is a plus.
- You are result-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- You can communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- You are capable of solving complex problems, often under pressure.
- You can work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances.
- You are willing to follow specific training courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.
