We're seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead our webshop operations and strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the customer service team, ensuring efficient order processing, returns management, and uploading content to our webshop.
You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective online strategies, leveraging various sales channels and collaborating with our web development team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in German and English. Experience working in an e-commerce environment and a commercial background are highly desirable.
