Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Local Product Group Manager.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will have the chance to oversee supply chain planning, inventory oversight, and resource allocation within the regional distribution center or local sales organization. Your daily efforts will focus on enhancing customer delivery performance and reducing lead times. You will leverage your expertise to ensure compliance with inventory and supply strategies. The work model for this role is: #LI-Hybrid. This position supports the Electrification (EL) business area and the ELSB (Smart Building) division. Key stakeholders include the local product group manager and the business office of our plant.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing the site supply planning process.
• Providing insights into supply capacity and local supply goals within the Sales and Operations Planning framework.
• Executing a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless integration between planning and execution.
• Facilitating the profitable fulfillment of customer orders in collaboration with business functions and supply units.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a supply chain-related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A solid understanding of supply chain processes.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A team player with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- A down-to-earth attitude with excellent communication skills.
