Main Objectives:
- Develop and drive continuous improvements to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and measure process performance using established KPIs.
- Coach and support local process owners in implementing changes and driving process improvements.
- Act as a project manager, advisor, and subject matter expert in projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure process stability and continuity.
Reporting and Work Environment:
The Process Manager will report to the Head of Uptime and have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.
