We are seeking a seasoned QA professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Director. This role will involve overseeing the quality of all products produced in the EU and UK, ensuring compliance with both internal and external quality standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring all processes are in compliance with relevant regulatory legislation and proactively staying aware of upcoming developments and changes.
- Root Cause Analysis: Reviewing all test failures/rejections to ensure that root causes have been identified and corrective actions have been implemented.
- Quality Improvement: Promoting quality improvements across the organization and ensuring practices are in-line with the global company procedures.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Monitoring and identifying changes and potential impacts within the safety, environmental, and social responsibility legal landscape.
- Quality Liaison: Serving as the quality and safety liaison between all EU and UK sales teams.
- Product Launch: Participating in all planned product launches to ensure that each developed product is in line with relevant EU legal standards.
- Database Administration: Acting as the EU QA Database administrator.
- Customer Communication: Communicating with EU and UK retail accounts to identify their specific requirements and ensure that the products comply with their own specifications.
