Dutch Language Customer Support Specialist

We are excited to offer a unique chance for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Greece. This role offers a chance to enhance your professional skills while experiencing the beauty of Greece.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding the company's products and services while resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Follow established procedures to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented focus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of the contract.
