We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dow Benelux B.V. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and correct equipment problems to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including calibration, alignment, and repair of equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions, and document failure analysis.
- Collect and analyze equipment operation and history data to identify areas for improvement.
- Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (Associate's Degree) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
