Job Title: Internal Communications Specialist

At Hunkemöller, we are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a crucial role in crafting and delivering clear, engaging, and strategic communications across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications: Roll out communication strategies for retail stores, ensuring timely, relevant, and consistent information about new products, promotions, and store policies.
  • Content Creation: Develop and write engaging content for internal platforms and other channels, acting as a gatekeeper.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to communicate promotional events and campaigns to store teams.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively ask for feedback to review strategy and approach to target audience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, hotel management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in communications, preferably within a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with content management systems and internal communication platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various departments.
