Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Engine Design Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As an Engine Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing innovative engine components and systems for future engine families. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring these designs to life, ensuring timely release of components, and maintaining the highest standards of functionality, reliability, quality, robustness, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engine components and systems using CAD software, preferably CREO.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineers, Mechanical Experts, Suppliers, and the Production Engineering team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure timely release of components, with a strong emphasis on meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Utilize Six Sigma tools and techniques to maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Report to the supervisor of the Externals 2 group and the Project Lead Engineer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably CREO, and experience with electrical harness design; familiarity with Saber/Capital Harness or similar wiring design software is a plus.
  • Clear and structured approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects and handle time pressure effectively.
  • Strong team player and communicator with good English skills.
  • Dutch skills are a plus, and a willingness to learn Dutch is essential.
  • Knowledge of Automotive and/or Combustion Engines is also beneficial.
