Match for Talent zoekt een ervaren en dynamische Beauty Store Manager voor een inspirerend cosmetica merk in Amstelveen. Als Beauty Store Manager aan de slag voor een internationaal cosmetica merk?

Als Beauty Store Manager zorg je voor een uitstekende klantbeleving en verkoopsuccessen. Je legt de nadruk op gastvrijheid en begeleid je jouw team met zorgvuldigheid en deskundigheid. Naast het aansturen van de Assistent Storemanager en het team zijn dit jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Gastvrijheid: Je leidt het team in het bevorderen van gastvrijheid zodat elke klant zich welkom voelt;
  • Bevoorrading: Houd de bevoorrading op peil en zorg voor een perfect en schoon winkelbeeld;
  • Veiligheid: Waarborg de veiligheid op de winkelvloer en beheer de kassastromen;
  • Procedures: Je verzekert de naleving van procedures en richtlijnen voor optimale teamresultaten.

  • Tijdmanagement: In deze levendige winkelomgeving is het essentieel dat je snelheid en dynamiek aankan. Jouw uitstekende tijd managementvaardigheden helpen je het overzicht te behouden en prioriteiten te stellen voor je team en de winkel;
  • Teamspirit: Samen met je Assistent Storemanager stuur je alle processen en KPI's aan;

  • Ervaring: Ervaring als assistant, keyholder, floor manager of supervisor in retail, sales, hospitality, of FMGC;
  • Logistieke processen: Ervaring met logistieke processen: je hebt een scherp overzicht en houdt de voorraad nauwlettend in de gaten;
  • Opleiding: Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding.
