As an Appian Developer, your primary responsibility will be to establish a cutting-edge financial platform that provides diverse options to enhance our customers' lives. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our technological edge and ensuring impeccable execution.

The IT Team
Knab's IT department is composed of passionate professionals dedicated to building and managing the bank and its associated products. Our success has driven us to increasingly develop our own solutions, moving away from purchased IT services to accelerate and innovate within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
As an Appian Developer, you will play a vital role in configuring the Appian environment. Your problem-solving skills and collaborative spirit will be essential in supporting Agile teams to achieve optimal results consistently.
You will guide and inspire teams to deliver solutions that adhere to Appian's best practices, ensuring applications are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
You will also share your knowledge by establishing guidelines and best practices, and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Appian tools (such as CI/CD and automated user provisioning) to facilitate the quick adoption of Appian across teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Appian development and design.
- Comprehensive understanding of building process applications within the Appian environment, including application design, data types, process models, forms, reports, records, and news feeds.
- 3-5 years of experience in business process management.
- Familiarity with the latest Cloud technologies or the ability to quickly acquire expertise in this area.
- Strong consultancy skills at various organizational levels.
- Appian certified designer with significant project leadership experience, including leading architecture and design meetings, engaging with stakeholders on user stories, and guiding refinement sessions and sprint demonstrations.
