Job Responsibilities


  • Work with advertisers to boost their marketing efforts by providing expert guidance and customized strategies.
  • Engage in conversations, tackle challenges, and provide insights to optimize ad campaigns, leading to success for both the clients and the business.


Relocation Support

We provide comprehensive relocation support, including:



  • Up to 1900 euros if relocating from outside Germany (paid with your first paycheck).
  • Up to 700 euros for relocations within Germany (minimum 100km from Berlin).


Work Schedule

Enjoy a structured day with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.



Training and Growth Opportunities

Begin with two weeks of paid training, followed by practical nesting to apply your knowledge hands-on. You will have the opportunity to gain certifications, such as the Meta Blueprint, and benefit from ongoing mentorship from experienced team members.

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with:



  • Native or fluent Dutch language skills, with proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • A valid EU passport or residency permit for Germany.
  • Passion for digital marketing and sales with a drive to help clients achieve their advertising goals.
