About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our team at ABN Amro. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that revolutionize the banking experience for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement AI solutions that enhance customer interaction within our contact center, including summarizing and analyzing customer conversations.
  • Participate in the ideation and design of AI solutions with intrapreneurs and business experts.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and platform engineers to implement end-to-end AI solutions from development to deployment.
  • Experiment and implement new AI technologies, algorithms, and methods in one of our bank-wide projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the AI team, empowering members to thrive and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Academic background in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Proven track record in delivering AI applications (minimum 3 years).
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications.
  • Pragmatic and value-focused, with the ability to work with existing solutions to reduce time-to-market.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • Gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and Benefit Budget.
  • Benefit Budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of €1,000 per year.
  • Possibility to work from home, depending on your position.
