Your Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Commercial Controller to join our Finance Team, partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing organization. As part of our Controlling Team of 4, you'll play a key role in partnering with diverse Business Units, improving commercial decision-making, and steering the business towards our financial goals.

What You'll Do

You'll evaluate complex issues through your own analysis, distill key insights, and drive behavioral change among stakeholders. You'll also help the wider team with accurate financial planning, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and identify strategies to manage risk, including solid governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partner for Brands (Hypernode, Signetbreedband, Proserve, iXL) including financial planning, insights, call to action, and business cases.
  • People Cost Planning, including WKR and related local taxation topics.
  • Monitoring of Brand/Customer Profitability and development of Automated Margin Reporting.
  • Drive cross-sell of SaaS products into the existing portfolio.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive experience and responsibility within the Finance Function, with at least 5 years Business Controlling or Financial Controlling experience.
  • Registered Controller (RC), CIMA, or other Professional Finance Qualification preferred.
  • Self-starter with an ability to build relationships across the organization.
  • Logical work method with the ability to think creatively to bring improvement to systems and processes.
  • Hybrid working is possible (1-2 days per week in Leiden Office).
