Job Summary: We are seeking a proficient HVAC Project Coordinator to manage HVAC system initiatives from inception to completion. This position involves overseeing the commercial elements of HVAC systems, directing design teams, and strategically enhancing our HVAC system offerings. The successful candidate will possess robust HVAC design and engineering capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and comprehensive project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial proposal to final execution.
  • Manage the commercial facets of HVAC systems.
  • Lead and coordinate design and drafting teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Formulate and implement project plans, timelines, and financial forecasts.
  • Identify and assemble essential resources for effective project delivery.
  • Provide project status updates to the team and stakeholders.
  • Establish goals and direct the team to fulfill project milestones.
  • Recognize project obstacles and propose viable solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients.
  • Assist the business development team with proposals and client interactions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated HVAC design and engineering expertise.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Strong project management proficiency.
  • Practical experience in overseeing project execution and workflows.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in leading project management teams.
  • Ability to resolve project challenges and actively participate in discussions.
  • Experience in strategic planning and resource management.
  • Capability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
