Job Title: Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our Adhesive Solutions division's site in Middelburg, Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily production operations to ensure the required business objectives are met in a safe and environmentally compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective production
• Develop and implement strategies to improve site safety, reliability, and commercial performance
• Provide vision, leadership, and day-to-day guidance for the production facilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

• Master's/bachelor's degree in technical sciences, preferably in the field of Chemical Engineering
• Solid knowledge of Process Safety Management and Environmental regulations in a specialty chemical operation
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
• Proven track record of leading transformation and investment programs to improve site performance

We are a top one or two supplier across various markets in EMEA and the Americas, and we are seeking a new Site Manager to lead our Adhesive Solutions division's site in Middelburg.
