We are looking for an experienced Tracking Expert to join our team at TAGGRS. In this role, you will be responsible for handling first-line calls, resolving technical issues related to tracking tools, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the software development industry. They should have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, as well as excellent communication skills.

In addition, they should be familiar with Google Tag Manager and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle first-line calls and resolve technical issues related to tracking tools
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Service Desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of tracking tools and technologies
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the software development industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
