We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veterinary Account Manager to join our team in Gelderland-Overijssel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our veterinary customers to promote and sell IDEXX's medical device diagnostics portfolio of products.
Key Responsibilities- Sell medical diagnostic in-house devices and reference laboratory tests to veterinary customers.
- Increase the utilization of in-house diagnostic tests and assays, instrument consumables, and reference laboratory profiles and advanced tests among your customer base.
- Promote high-end medical consultancy services and veterinary specialists team.
- Educate and train veterinary clinic staff on products, services, and marketing initiatives.
- Coach and support customers in overcoming identified barriers.
- Expand your customer base and establish long-term relationships on various levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to ensure a great customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Several years of successful territory management experience.
- Self-motivated and take ownership of your role.
- Experience in consultative selling and winning new business.
- Outstanding communication skills across several stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Dutch - verbal and written.
