Job Title: Transport Planning Groupage Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Planning Groupage Team Lead to join our team at DSV in Venlo. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating, preparing, and guiding all logistical activities within our Germany team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage work to ensure efficient workflow and proper staffing.
  • Manage and check financial flows to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Identify and address occasional and structural disruptions within the process to maintain long-term customer and partner relationships.
  • Operateally contribute to the department and assist where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Passion for the profession and ability to convey enthusiasm to others.
  • Experience in a leadership role, such as senior transport planner or assistant team leader.
  • Good communication skills, decisiveness, and ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, and English.
