Cloud Security Specialist Role
NCC Group's Cloud XDR Team provides advanced Extended Detection and Response (XDR) services, detecting and mitigating cyber-attacks on customers' networks in our Security Operations Centers using the Microsoft Sentinel ecosystem.
This is an opportunity to join a technically advanced and talented team and help NCC Group deliver world-class services to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for security and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have a good understanding of basic cyber security principles and experience working in/around Security Operation Centres.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the SME to customers to improve the quality of service they are receiving and maintaining a roadmap for those customers;
- Acting as the customer advocate within the Cloud XDR Team;
- Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Assisting the operational teams in fixing issues that arise during the operation of services;
- Identifying and implementing technical enhancements to the services that drive value for our customers;
- Working with the onboarding consultants to build Threat Models of customers and maintaining them during live service.
