Field Service IT/Printing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Field Service IT/Printing Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands and Belgium. As a Field Service IT/Printing Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of IT and printing equipment at customer locations.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Contacting customers to inform them of your arrival and schedule
  • Maintenance and repair of equipment at customer locations
  • Solving problems and incidents until the customer is satisfied
  • Administrative handling of repairs
  • Installing new printing equipment and associated software applications

About the Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with a technical background or demonstrable affinity with technology. Experience in hardware, such as printers and computer/laptops, is essential. Additionally, experience with software apps for printing devices is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing, as well as flexible, team player and communicative skills.
