Job Mission

The Supplier Operations department at ASML is seeking a skilled Tactical Buyer to ensure effective and efficient execution of operational procurement activities. This role is critical in securing material availability at the right cost, quality, and time for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational procurement processes for multiple suppliers and sourcing leads.
  • Prepare and oversee supplier negotiations, including spend base analysis, script development, and stakeholder management.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with suppliers, logistics, and procurement teams.
  • Support in solving issues and development needs.
  • Translate business and improvement needs to suppliers.
  • Provide reports on performance and planning.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Finance.
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles, preferably in a technology-intensive industry.
  • Experience with R2P, price negotiation, TCO, supplier relationship management, new product introduction, supplier contracting, and supply chain processes.
  • Commercial experience, such as sales.
