About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team with data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping schedules, and product availability.
  • Support the sales team with data entry and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Work with manufacturing, accounting, and RMA departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange sales meetings and prepare presentations to showcase our products.
  • Process orders, expedite orders, and assist with returns and exchanges.
  • Provide product marketing information for email campaigns and other marketing activities.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to track performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of Dutch a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
