Workplace Security Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Workplace Security Engineer to join our team at ING. As a key member of our Workplace Services and Employee Experience tribe, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, reliability, and user-friendliness of our digital workplace services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and improve our services as part of a cross-border squad of peers and customer journey experts.
- Stay up-to-date with SaaS vendors' new features and help implement them in our services.
- Develop and automate services for the future, making them more robust and secure.
- Collaborate with key staff and product groups from suppliers like Microsoft, JAMF, and others.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement strong processes to safeguard clients' data.
- Work in an agile environment, taking ownership of projects and tasks, and participating in 24/7 global service delivery.
- At least 5 years of experience in comparable roles, preferably with Microsoft 365 technology in an enterprise-level multinational organization.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Experience with outsourcing on operational, tactical, and strategic levels, with E2E accountability of WPS Services delivered across multiple external and internal parties.
- Background in highly regulated environments, such as financial institutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems.
