Role Overview:
The Data Analyst for Capital Equipment (CE) and Customer Care (CC) will engage with the Analytics Product Owner and Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure the delivery of precise analytics to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Convert data into accessible formats tailored to the requirements of our stakeholders.
⦁ Collaborate with BAs and Product Owners to enhance the user experience in alignment with customer expectations.
⦁ Partner with Data Engineers and Scientists to comprehend the creation of data assets/models and back-end algorithms for accurate and efficient output.
⦁ Pursue continuous development to become proficient in various analytical tools that empower users to maximize the value of our data and models. Engage in external forums to discover best practices and innovative solutions that can enhance value.
⦁ Collaborate with IT, the CC and CE Automation teams, and other relevant parties to unlock new value opportunities.
