Salary
The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000-€80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a meal and mobility allowance.
Job Description
As a Portfolio Manager, you will join our dynamic team committed to the energy transition. Your main responsibilities will include calculating the flexible power potential of industrial customers, winning their trust, and convincing them with quality studies. You will work closely with Technical Account Managers to translate detailed studies into proposals for customers.
You will also be involved in the day-to-day valorisation of Flexcity's portfolio on reserve markets, contributing to strategic bids and applying system operator rules. A good knowledge of the Belgian energy market or a profound interest in this topic is required.
After a training programme, you will become our expert in flexibility products, participating in workgroups with Elia about market development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, a high interest in data management, and a customer-oriented approach. Proactive thinking and a sense of responsibility are essential, as well as technical interest in new technologies and passion for energy.
A master's degree, preferably in engineering, is required. Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory, and any other language is a plus. You should be flexible, not afraid to think outside the box, and love to share your knowledge.
