Job Title: Senior Project Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Lead to join our team at STAFIDE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end MES implementation, extension, or upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project estimates, plans, and approaches for successful project execution.
  • Assist in complex tasks such as system architecture and business process redesign.
  • Develop and maintain the overall project plan and oversee the development and execution of tests.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the project and coordinate subsections of large-scale global MES projects.
  • Coordinate with various groups, departments, and vendors for implementation or hyper-care activities post-patch or system upgrades.
  • Configure impacted components and interfaces, including JBOSS, WXI, scales, and printers.
  • Attend and contribute to periodic review meetings, cutover migration, hyper-care support, and enhancement planning.
Requirements:
  • University degree in IT, Science, Medical, or Engineering.
  • Knowledge of business processes in pharmaceutical and/or biotech production.
  • Extensive experience with life science computer systems.
  • Functional understanding of common MES software packages such as Honeywell POMS/POMSnet, Werum PAS-X, Rockwell ProPack Data, Camstar, SAP MES, or Emerson.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project.
  • Experience managing global MES (PAS-X) implementations.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical validation concepts, cGMP, GDP standards, and GAMP standards.
  • Application knowledge in JBoss server functionality and MES print functionalities.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with technical effectively and business users.
