At Amazon Development Center (Netherlands) B.V., we are driven by a passion for innovation and customer obsession. Our team in The Hague is seeking a highly skilled Data Associate to join our ranks on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As a Data Associate, you will be responsible for labelling and data processing functions, working with text, speech, and other types of data at scale. Your high attention to detail and adaptability will enable you to deliver high-quality labelled data and content, leveraging guidelines to meet specific key performance indicators using in-house tools and software.

The ideal candidate will have excellent language and computer skills, as well as the ability to identify issues with efficiency and accuracy. You will also provide feedback for improvements to existing processes that can increase labeling throughput and quality of our product.

A day in the life of our Data Associate will involve working strictly in the office Monday through Friday with an eight-hour shift and two breaks half an hour each. You will work with several customers and types of work each week, so there are frequent changes in your daily work - you won't get bored

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Dutch
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
